I have always been a big fan of using some program to calculate a project. You Know find it wiser and a practical method to will get better conditions in our project.
So, my projects were analyzed by tow program HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) and Revit.
After spending some years and gaining practice of experience in my joblife. I understood the Supervising is so crucial than designig plan or just consulting. In my perspective if a person whose name is engineer , he or she should know how a plan should be better. I have always one unwriten rul im my job , Supervising has always integral part in our job.
One of the crucially important aspects of air_conditioning is the calculation and designing a surgery room in a hospital wich my client is very obsessive and sensitive about everything that should be in his project. So I struggling to do my best for him and in that way Revit and BIM method the same as all-time support and help me. Now I should say thanks to autodesk for producing revit and motivating me to learn BIM.
Some people believe using a development program to do our work is exactly a waste of time but I argue against them. In my view using that program leads us to wise and so smart do working and the obvious result of this is significantly reduce the rate of re-working.
Revit is a most practical program that helps me in every project, no difference what kind of project, the reason that is all project spend a lot of money and time wich both of them are valuable property for everyone. I am keen on caring for my client.

A new project in Shiraz with a special condition on air conditioning design, Because of its kind of hospital. I tried to design that project with the two-pipe reverse flow.
For the reason that my client would like to control the temperature in every space with the separated system, I designed that system by the fan coil.
In addition, the situation of the mech room was very crucial for him, for that reason I predicted that place very carefully on the roof. Same as other time The #BIM method and #Revit was very practical and useful for me.
This is a new project, it has a lot of Complex points. I should design all #aircondition system with high standards because my client is a doctor and very obsessive about his building. So, at first, I provide and predict enough fresh air to all spaces. I should consider all zones have control by temperature. Finally, the most difficult situation is surgery rooms, clean air with an air handling unit with special filtres. Eventually, the same as all the time I can solve most of the difficult points by #REVIT and save more money for my client.
