قبل از هر چیز تعریف ساختمان های بلند را می بایست بررسی کنیم

طبق تعریف شرکت اشری در آمریکا , به ساختمانی برج یا ساختمان بلند می گویند که ارتفاع آن از 300 فوت یا 91 متر بیشتر باشد

قبل از بررسی کنترل در تهویه مطبوع نیازمند یک تعریف مشخص در مورد آن هستیم

مطابق تعریف  شرکت هانیول کنترل در سیستم های تهویه مطبوع به معنای توانایی ایجاد یک محیط راحت برای سرنشینان ، هزینه انرژی را بهینه نماید ، بهبود بهره وری کارکنان ، تسهیل تولید کارآمد ، کنترل دود در صورت آتش سوزی ، و از عملکرد رایانه و ارتباطات از راه دور پشتیبانی نماید.

حال با توجه به تعرف فوق و همچنین جهت گیری این مقاله تعریف مشخص زیر را به عنوان اصول کاری سیستم های کنترل در تهویه مطبوع در نظر خواهیم گرفت

کنترل در تهویه مطبوع به معنای تثبیت شرایط آسایش , محافظت از سیستم ها و تجهیزات و همچنین افزایش بهره وری و کاهش مصرف انرژی می باشد.

Additional Information and Details:  That Project was related to Shiraz central municipality building. It was very important and critical. Everything and every detail were very special and I had to check it. So BIM method was very helpful and useful. I had to design piping and estimate install conditions for the 3700kw air-cooled chiller.

Application : BIM - 3D - Duct Design and Simulation

Location : IRI - Shiraz

Additional Information and Details: The level of sound was very important and critical for my client. That's why I tried to simulation its line in Revit. There fore according to thats result, in the primary; line our airspeed didn't increase from 1800fpm and in the secondary line our airspeed was under 700fpm. Also, I had to considered the height of the ceiling.

Application : MechRoom - BIM - Constulting - Piping - 3D

Additional Information and Details: According to that building have various applications such as restaurant, day clinic, hotel, mall, that's mech room location was very difficult. I had to consider the level of noise, near to main pipe, air-cooled equipment, maintenance, efficiency. On the other hand, my client wanted to fund a very luxurious restaurant on the roof. Finally, I found a place and try to establish a mech room based on two-level. The first level only for pumps and collectors and the second level only for air-cooled equipment like chillers.

Application : Calculation - Piping - Fresh Air - Duct - Simulation - Mech Room - 2d AutoCad

Location : IRI - Shiraz

Additional Information and Details: That project is located in the center of Shiraz city. First of all, it needs enough fresh air for people who shopping or eating their food in the food court. That's why I should consider at least 15 cfm fresh air for all people and also air change based on the Ashrea principle. The amount of efficiency of that system is very important for my client, on the other hand, it is very critical that the system should responsible for peak load situation. More Over, the final expenses of material were very important for my client, For that reason, I had to design that piping system according to reverse flow with tow pipe.

I have always been a big fan of using some program to calculate a project. You Know find it wiser and a practical method to will get better conditions in our project.

So, my projects were analyzed by tow program HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) and Revit.

After spending some years and gaining practice of experience in my joblife. I understood the Supervising is so crucial than designig plan or just consulting. In my perspective if a person whose name is engineer , he or she should know how a plan should be better. I have always one unwriten rul im my job , Supervising has always integral part in our job.

A new project in Shiraz with a special condition on air conditioning design, Because of its kind of hospital. I tried to design that project with the two-pipe reverse flow.

For the reason that my client would like to control the temperature in every space with the separated system, I designed that system by the fan coil.

In addition, the situation of the mech room was very crucial for him, for that reason I predicted that place very carefully on the roof. Same as other time The #BIM method and #Revit was very practical and useful for me.
