نحوه طراحی سیستم های کنترل و نحوه بیان هدف طراحی با استفاده از طرح های کنترلی (شماتیک)، برنامه های دمپر و شیرها، فهرست قطعات و توالی های کنترل نوشته شده را معرفی می کند.

Control Systems Design Criteria

•  طراحی سیستم های کنترل تهویه مطبوع، مانند طراحی خود سیستم های تهویه مطبوع ، یک علم است اما امکان رویکردهای متفاوتی را فراهم می کند.
•  سبک هر طراح متفاوت است و راه های درست زیادی برای کنترل یک سیستم وجود دارد. 
• اولین گام حیاتی به سوی موفقیت این است که هدف را کاملاً مشخص کنید.
•  به عنوان مثال، یک سیستم تهویه مطبوع اداری دارای نیازهای دما، رطوبت و هوای بیرون است که باید در ساعات اشغالی به دست آورد.
•  اگر قرار است گروه هایی از دفاتر در یک منطقه کنترل واحد باشند، این واقعیت را شناسایی کنید.
•  ممکن است الزاماتی برای کنترل دمای پسرفت و رطوبت در ساعات خاموش و همچنین عملکرد خاصی در صورت هشدار آتش/دود یا کنترل آتش نشانی داشته باشد.
•  نوشتن این الزامات و توافق با مشتری، پایه ای محکم برای طراحی کنترل ها ایجاد می کند.
•  این امر به ویژه در مورد سازمان های مشتری بزرگ و دفاتر طراحی بزرگ تر صدق می کند، جایی که افراد با دیدگاه ها و انتظارات متفاوت اغلب پس از تصمیم گیری طراحی به پروژه می پیوندند.

Application : Industrial Food process

Year : Dec-2021

Location : Fars Province-IRI

Additional Information and Details:  In that project I had duty to designe and simulation steam mech room for Industrial Food process and designe central mech room for air conditioning . It was very complicated and i had to consider every thing about dripper and condance line. All issues realted to steam ware dasigned based on SpiraxSarco Standard and All issues related to hydraulic were designed based on Ashrea Standard .

معمول ترین دریچه های تهویه مطبوع با نام دیفیوزر Diffuser شناخته میشوند . که به دو صورت گرد و مربعی در بازار موجود هستتن.

این دریچه ها با افزایش سطح مقطع خروجی , سبب کاهش سرعت و افزایش فشار هوا می گردند.

معمولاً بصورت دمپر دار , جهت بالانس کردن خط بکار می روند.

Project type : Day Clinic

Application : BIM - 3D - Piping Simulation - Mech Room - Full Air Conditioning

Year : 2020-2021

Location : IRI - Fasa

Additional Information and Details: I designed and simulation that project 2 years ago. Now, thats construction process restart again. It has some wonderful and special issues like, surgery room and a small mech room that was located on the roof. Another thing that I had to take in my consideration is, everything that was designed in that project needed specific details.

مطابق اعلام شورای ساختمانهای بلند و زیستگاه شهری که یک سازمان بین المللی و واقع در کشور آمریکا و کار آن تعیین و انتخاب ساختمان های بلند می باشد , حدود 33 درصد از انرژی مصرف شده در یک ساختمان بلند مرتبه صرف سیستم های تهویه مطبوع می گردد. از این رو تلاش تمامی مهندسان و طراحان پروژه های ساختمانی در جهت کاهش هرچه بیشتر این میزان انرژی حتی در حدود چند درصد بوده است.

Application : BIM - 3D - Duct Design and Simulation

Year : 2021

Location : IRI - Shiraz

Additional Information and Details: The level of sound was very important and critical for my client. That's why I tried to simulation its line in Revit. There fore according to thats result, in the primary; line our airspeed didn't increase from 1800fpm and in the secondary line our airspeed was under 700fpm. Also, I had to considered the height of the ceiling.

Application : MechRoom - BIM - Constulting - Piping - 3D

Year : 2021

Location : IRI - Shiraz

Additional Information and Details: According to that building have various applications such as restaurant, day clinic, hotel, mall, that's mech room location was very difficult. I had to consider the level of noise, near to main pipe, air-cooled equipment, maintenance, efficiency. On the other hand, my client wanted to fund a very luxurious restaurant on the roof. Finally, I found a place and try to establish a mech room based on two-level. The first level only for pumps and collectors and the second level only for air-cooled equipment like chillers.
